We accept returns if the item is unopened and in the same condition it was sent to the customer. If the item does not match this criteria, we cannot accept a return for health and safety purposes. 

If there is a defect and the fault is with us we will give the customer the option of either a full refund or a replacement. 

If the fault is not with us, (depending) what the issue is, we will offer no refund, partial refund, full refund or a replacement.
